grades

The Greek booklet shows 3.0 for a lot of houses with some at a 3.3.
AXO shows 3.0 but everything on here says they want a 3.5.
It's confusing, so if the gpa for each house the lowest you can have to not get cut the first day?
Is that the day most cut for grades?
I know some girls with full ride scholarships and they still got cut quickly.
