However, Why do some members of sororities post pictures of them celebrating their initiation and some don’t?
I don’t think it’s a OR/NR thing because I saw several Pi Phis and AXO’s posting initiation celebration pics. That day is more important than bid day, no? I know it’s just social media, but it’s something I’ve noticed. Lots of swaps and game day pictures, nothing on initiation :/

Some nationals have rules about whether or not initiation attire can be made public.
Those sororities aren't "better" or "more exclusive" than the ones that don't keep it private, they just have different rules about what counts as ritual and what doesn't.

Initiation for some houses is a more private and personal step and just for the sisters, not for social media. Sorry.
