No you can't. Don't be lazy. Get your recs.
If you get them for all houses, no matter where you end up, you'll know you did everything you could. If you're lazy and don't get recs and then end up in a crappy house, you'll always regret that you didn't get all your recs.
So get your d@mn recs.

it doesn’t hurt to get them but their definitely not as important as people say they are. There were girls in my ro chi group who had two for each house and got dropped by all their top houses and two were dropped from rush completely but girls who got no recs and ended up in top old row houses.

Just try! If you’re international, we’ll give you a break. If you’re not, you need to try really hard to get them. After exhausting all the resources she told you above, then you can look up to see if your nearest city has an alumni chapter and ask one of them to write for you.

You do. Reach out to friends parents, coaches, siblings friends parents, your teachers, your moms friends, dads coaworkers? . Ask until you find them
