Lol no.... they’re not a top house by any means but they’re probably the most relevant on Jefferson.

Last year their pledges had an average gpa around a 2.1 and the actives weren’t much higher lol

Worst of Old Row:
Probably Phi Delt. Fun parties here and there but overall they just lack.
Worst of NR on Univ Blvd:
Phi Psi. It's not that they're "bad" it's just there are a lot of better options on Univ Blvd.
Worst on Jefferson:
Delta Sig? DTD? Chi Phi? Honestly a lot of Jefferson houses are very on par with one another, it would probably be easier to just ask which is the better of them.
