which house
by: ?Zeta or Phi Mu? Just curious which people usually like better. I've heard they rush similar girls.

Phi mu is definitely a better ranked house on campus. They're old row and more selective. However I know a lot of girls (myself included) that would rather be a zeta then a phi mu. Zeta seems to be slightly more chill and a little more down to earth. Phi mu is also the one house on campus that seems to stick to the same kind of girl and if you don't fit that you probably wouldn't fit in. Not saying this is a bad thing, they just know exactly what they want.

I really don’t think they do go after similar girls, other than they both like girls that are pretty. Zeta seems to go for fun instagram party girls, while PM seems to go for more introverted involved girls. I think APhi and Zeta are much more similar. At least based on the new class, PM and DDD are more similar.

PM is definitely better regarded than ZTA by most people. PM has a more "clean" reputation, known for taking well-rounded and polished girls. ZTA has a more "party" reputation, known for taking grade-risks and instagram models. Both houses are great, as are all the other houses on campus. Personally I'd prefer to be a PM than a ZTA.

they really aren't that similar. the only thing thats the same about them is that they go after "pretty" girls. pm is more similar to other old row houses like axo and ddd. zta/aphi literally mirror each other. similar rep, hangs with same fraternities (pike, pi kapp), go after the trendy/instagram model type. phi mu is seen as more "classy".

I disagree. I would say this new class makes zeta and phi mu more similar. The last pcs were definently cross rushed with aphi. I know many in phi mu that had zeta for pref, when in other years it would've been aphi.
