Maybe you don't agree now, but I know four friends that got jobs through Kappa connections, and NONE of them were in the South. Two are in California in the Bay area, one is in the Boston area, and one is going to DC soon. I'm a PiPhi grad and we do very well, too, with our alumnae network. Far, far better than most of the "top"tier houses.
