Middle: Pi Phi, AOII
Lower Middle: ZTA, DG, DZ, ADPi
Bottom: Alpha Phi, Theta, Gamma Phi

No order within tiers: I listed all my reasons for why I ranked them in parentheses
1) AXO, XO, DDD (because they are old row)
2) KKG (consistently doesn't make quota), KD, PhiMu (snap bids)
3) AlphaGam (old row and first circle, but the worst of old row)
4) PiPhi (good grades, good girls, best of new row) ZTA (long campus history, great girls, grades need work)
5) APhi (new to campus but the frats love em) AOII (strong grades, good girls)
6) ADPi (good grades, falling in the past couple years, used to be higher), DZ (ehh grades, ehh girls)
7) DG (newest on campus, lots of potential), Theta (not so good, not terrible), Gphi (known as the worst, improving)

#15 is jealous or something. I don't see any reason to be so rude and disrespectful to any sorority. They're all great, including gamma phi. Best wishes!

Lets get real...new girls going through rush are going to want Phi Mu as their number one choice regardless of what happened last year...its the truth...based on pnms visiting houses this year for next year,..these are the ratings:
First Tier: Phi Mu, Kappa, XO, KD, AXO
Second Tier: DDD, Pi Phi, AOPi, AGD,
Third Tier: ZTA, ADPi, DZ, Theta, Alpha Phi
Fourth Tier: Gamma Phi Beta, DG

Okay clearly shes a phi mu but her tiers are pretty acurate from a pnm's point of view! I like phi mu a lot! Alpha chi was tied but the rest is right except alpha gam is before tri delta and then switch pi phi and AOpi for adpi and zta!
So...
1st: phi mu, axo, kappa, xo,kd
2nd: agd, ddd, adpi, zta
3rd: pi phi, aopi, alpha phi, dz, theta
4th: dg, gamma phi
Every house was amazing though! Honestly i could go last on my list and still be happy and have the time of my life!
Ps! DGs were so sweet! And thier house really ups the anti!! Everybody with new houses will have a great rush! Cant wait til all of the expansion gets finished! It is BEAUTIFUL!!!

For those who care about those things, Phi Mu, Alpha Chi, KD, and KKG are probably the top houses. For those who don't, every other house is good. I'm from out of state and believe me, in the region where I'm from (and plan to go back to), those houses are very low except for KKG. You should only care about tiers if you're from a small, kind of backwoods town in Alabama, and if you plan to go there and live for the rest of your life. If you ever plan to break away, please realize that 'Bama (and to some extent the rest of the SEC) is kind of upside down from the rest of the country. Use your own minds, y'all!

Thank you for this! One of the best posts I've seen!
Also, one thing I've learned from interning in the real world-people don't care that much about which sorority you were in while in college; however, being in a sorority looks great on a resume. People (even non-Greeks) realize that it is very time consuming and a valuable experience. It looks even better if you were an officer in your time. Just something to consider.

It is your home for the next four years. Be happy with your choice. If you love a "bottom tier" house, so what? You're rushing to make lifelong friends and great connections. Don't worry about rankings.
