I'll get dumped on for saying this. Zeta for overall strength, reputation and attractive women. GPhi for diversity and great recruitment. DG for unity and willingness to go the extra mile to succeed

Zta with this new pledge class. Pi phi is honestly irrelevant on campus. Aphi will get there if they continue making strides with grades. I think Adpi has good grades and nice girls. Dg is really involved. Gphi is very diverse and social.

Based on recruitment dynamics these are the three most desired new row houses, with the possible exception of a phi. But dg and Adpi are in the mix too but for whatever reason they just are not pursued or sought after. All are fine house, including those that are not "top" of new row. May not be "fair" or "right" to a single observer based on their tastes but these are objectively top of new if we base "top" on "most wanted".
