I think pi phi is the best new row house, apart from maybe Zeta, depending on what you personally are looking for. They're definitely chill and have kind of a sporty vibe, the kinds of girls who would have had more guy friends then girls in high school. I think they're pretty nice for the most part and are an overall respected house on campus.
