by: For funWho would you consider to be the very top house at Bama all things considered? I'm an active and I know that there is no one best house that everyone could agree on I just want to see what people think! Would be fun just to have a purely positive post and not to talk bad about houses :) so who do y'all think, considering everything: looks, grades, sisterhood, money, involvement, the house, all the pledge classes, reputation, everything

No one is going to agree bc everyone loves their sorority. I would say many are best in different ways, but overall, axo and xo. Too many bad reps in the others and not enough involvement. It's not grades that separate these, but just overall organization and quality of girls. For sure, they have their duds but the good outweighs the bad.
Instead of tearing them down, see what they are doing right. Both have highest rush returns, phi Mu too but they are just too petty to be considered tops in most books. You have to have substance.

Alpha Chi/Phi Mu
This is based on overall desirability and reputation, not "I feel like XYZ has the best sisterhood." Plenty of bottom houses have the best sisterhood in the world, but PNM's still don't want them. These two are very well known, involved, good grades, gorgeous houses, and always pulling the best pc's.

Disagree. The GPBs I know in PC17 are just as fake-looking as ZTA or APhi. "Naturally beautiful" is more DDD or XO imo.
