I hope you're not saying A Phi and Zeta are the top NR houses because A Phi could never be mistaken for a top any row house. I think they compared Zeta and A Phi because they're both on here all the time saying that they have the prettiest girls. Of course if you go here you know that isn't true, but they keep putting it out there.

The reality of ADPi is so different than the promoters of them on greekrank try to make you think. Same for APhi. ZTA is so different than the haters on here push. Agree it is strange that PBP is not on this list, but they are more the one to compare and contrast with ZTA because those are the top two new row.
