sigep old house

So Alpha Sigma Phi and Sigma Tau Gamma are the only two fraternities that applied for the SigEp house on Jefferson. SigTau has more guys but Alpha Sig has a stronger Nationals with more money so it'll be interesting to see who gets the house. It's pretty equal. Both have very good GPA's in the last year and have involved members on campus.

SigTau has a lot of strange not so good looking guys. Alpha Sig ive heard is the better looking off campus fraternity so I kinda hope Alpha Sig gets the house

In terms of GPA, it goes: STG, SAM, alpha sig.
In terms of members: it goes STG, Alpha sig, SAM
In terms of money, it goes SAM, Alpha sig, STG.
Should be interesting to see who gets it

Y'all... Sig Ep should be done remodeling by the second semester. So everything with their old house is already worked out. Sig Tau is getting the house.

Housing applications were due last week. According to IFC alpha Sig has a 23 person pledge class. Sig Tau and Alpha Sig were the only 2 to apply for the house. SAM never applied

Don't bro surprised if Alpha Sig finds a way to scoop up that house. They had the 5th best GPA on campus last year and have more pledges than all the other off campus fraternities supposedly
