sophomore big little

How does the whole Bid Day Big and regular Big Little thing work with girls who rushed as Sophomores?? Also, do Sophomores go to swaps? I heard it's really just a Freshman thing and that's one aspect you'll miss out on if you join a sorority as a Sophomore.
