rushing a fraternity as a junior?

So I'm currently a sophomore and may transfer to UA this spring as a junior once I get my AA. Pretty interested in joining a fraternity because I think it is a cool experience and will help me meet a lot of people. I was just wondering what my chances might be at getting a bid as a junior here? I know its competitive but thought I might give it a shot. Thanks.

I transferred here as a junior and do not like it at all. Hard to meet people because everyone is so cliquey
