It depends on what you like. You get a different feel at different types of houses. DKE, KA, Theta Chi, Phi Gamm, SAE, Sigma Chi, Sigma Nu and Pike is how I rate them. But I'd rather do a swap with anybody rather that DKE. It is not that they aren't at the top of the stack but they are not what I am about.
