what does weird mean

I've read many places on here that "XYZ has weird girls," or "ABC Frat gets so many weird guys."
Can someone (without being mean, please) describe what WEIRD means in this situation? Are we talking nerdy, socially awkward, or what?

EVERY house, fraternity and sorority, has "weird" people. And usually when people refer to others as "weird" they just mean unconventional. So someone who sticks out a little or isn't a follower. Maybe they're not the most social person, maybe they're not your typical college student who complains about everything and likes to blackout, maybe they just rub people the wrong way. I mean it really just depends on what you view as "normal."
This is college. Alabama is a huge school and our Greek system is giant. We can't filter every single person to ensure that they're a certain "type." And tbh, the diversity in personalities and characters is what makes things interesting.
