You don't have a date and location because you don't have any parties scheduled.

If you rent out a restaurant and have busses behind tut to take you there that's not unofficial that's a full fledged date party

This is not true. I am another person who's house was on social probation and we did have date parties as scheduled. We just couldn't have swaps. If KD does have a legit official swap we'll know they aren't on probation.

They won't be on your schedule for long. Better find someone else to swap with and you are in for a long wait (very long) for KD.
