best way to get a cob

Is there any tips or ways to get a cob? Other than being close w actives and making friends, what other things should i do to help me get a cob?/ please help !!!

make friends is your best bet. Have a stellar GPA (3.7+), be pretty, know how to do makeup, present yourself well, be well spoken, wear trendy clothes, always look presentable. It's tough especially when COBs are mainly just given to active sisters' friends.
