It depends on what you are looking for. You will get a different top tier for academics, looks, social life, "good guys," etc.
The guys rush process is so much more laid back. Figure out what you're looking for.
For example, a Sigma Chi probably wouldn't fit in at ATO. Both houses have awesome guys, but for different reasons.
