Or maybe the school and KD nationals don't want it to blow up for damage control reasons... If this made news it would be a huge liability for them.

Or Her daughter was not all that happy with her Bid. You all say that KD is horrible! Tells her mom something about the retreat, mom embellishes it and posts it on a FB page with her real purpose revealed: "can she chose another house?"
She did not ask "who should I talk to about this dangerous situation?"
