Theta Chi gets my respect for being probably the most consistently strong new row house since the 1970s, all without even having that great a physical house (which is being rectified next semester since Theta Chi is building a much better house).

this is the most confusing one I've seen in a while. I mean I've seen worse for sure, but I've rarely seen stranger. Theta Chi all the way at 7? Pike at 4? Sigma Nu ahead of Phi Gam? Otherwise they're relatively close, but a few really strange placement choices.

You do realize you've proven you don't know a thing about Alabama Greek history right? They've never been the top house, but they have been kicking ass for the better part of the last 40 years straight which is better than can be said for most of old row.

Theta Chi didn't single-handedly "rule" the Machine, but contrary to what "Theta Chi" seemed to be implying, they have been a major player for a long time.

pretty much pegs who pulls their weight.
OX deficient in both leading and soldiering.
