watching the kd drama from texas
by: .I'm in Texas and I've been creeping on y'alls GR site for a few weeks. My niece just went through recruitment at Alabama. The hate for KD is strong on here. Help me understand what's so awful about the sorority and this group of girls?

KD is a top in state house with lots of old money legacies. They go into Rush with 80-90% of their pledge class already picked so it is very exclusive.
Hoover, AL has lots of old money types along with MtBrook and Mobile. Of course Frat boys look at Hoover in a different way.

If you know the reps of the houses at UT, then KD is like the Big Six. The girls here are saying that KD thinks they are PKT, but are really like DDD which is just big six (or lower). Hoover Belles are like the Houston Memorial, River Oaks, or Dallas Highland Park girls. Make more sense? Like PKT or big six, they are part of the old row, and recruit like those UT houses.
