I expect major repercussions for KD. I know for a fact that the University is set on a no tolerance policy and is prepared to revoke charters. Contact them and tell them your concerns.

@truth - what are you talking about? Do you honestly think someone would put down on their resume that they were a KD at Bama for 2 years until it was booted for hazing??? For that matter, who the heck even puts down their sorority on a resume? I would laugh if I saw it and think think, move along.

Can you provide any examples of how other peoples lives were affected? Several friends from MI have said that the only change is now an unruly, misbehaving chapter is off campus and AEPhi is having a banner year.
That chapter was already on probation when the incident occurred. At some point something has to be done.

There is real proof of this having happened at U Mich ( a MUCH better school than Bama). If they see it on your resume, they can ask. Also, YOUR life will be affected by KD loosing its charter. Literally ask anyone at Michigan or use google. Don't think your chapter is safe when you try to expose KD and push for its removal. If you don't believe me then literally google Theta at U Mich. the proof is there.
