can i drop out of kd and pledge another house?

I know all that's left would be to COB a bottom house, but I'm fine with that. Is that allowed since we're not initiated?

Only if KD loses their charter and their nationals decides to make special circumstances for your pledge class.

You can drop now but can't rush again until next year. But let me warn you that nobody wants KD's leftovers. Their pledges are actually the other Old Row houses leftovers anyway. Don't believe me? Check the rush return rates. KDs are on par with mid and lower mid-tiers.
