If you were offered a bid and did not accept, or if you accepted it and then dropped out, you are not eligible to accept another bid for one year. Otherwise you are okay for COB. There is not a spring rush like a panhellenic organized event. It is up to the individual chapters to decide if and when and how they go about it. Houses who did not make quota or who are under total may COB, so not every house will. But houses do not always announce they are going to COB or hold events. If a house has a very few openings, they will just offer some bids quietly to girls they already know. Houses with more openings may choose to hold events to select girls. The best way is to get your name on the COB list at panhellenic AND to also get to know girls in chapters and see if they will invite you as their guest to some of their events so you can meet other actives. The more actives in a house who know and like you the better your chances will be with that house. Good luck.
