dropped/dirty rushed

I was bid promised explicitly by Gamma Phi every round this past week only to have them drop me during pref round and I have no idea why. I got the call this morning that I was dropped from ADP instead of getting a bid from them and I have no idea why. I had really intellectual natural conversations with ADP and Gamma Phi. I let them know I loved their sisterhood and wanted to be a part of it. I don't know what went wrong or if i should have done something differently. Anyone have any advice or ideas?

happen? I thought if you went to pref parties and put both down, you would get a bid. Also heard ADP was snapping...

I'm not a troll, i was dropped by ADP my last round so hopefully I get a snap bid?? i'm not really sure how it all works/happened

You wouldn't have gotten any calls! You had at least two prefs. If you maximized your options you'd been on one of their lawns now!

IF you went to prefs, IF you went to EVERY party you were invited to this week, and IF you ranked every option, you would have a bid in your hand. I call bull.

As long as you maximized your options you should have gotten a bid. if you didn't rank ADPi at pref, well there is your answer. And if you ranked both, you would have gotten a bid to one of those chapters. So you're either not telling the whole story or lying.

I didn't rank my last house in pref out of the two because i had tried to drop them all week because being in that house made me uncomfortable and I knew i didn't fit in AT ALL and had no idea why they kept inviting me back

They saw that you didn't rank them and gave the spot you didn't want to a girl who did ( snap or on their list). Sorry, not sorry. ADPi is a solid house.

Well you didn't maximize your options and and now you're not greek. Enjoy GDI life, I hope it is worth thinking you're better than a great house that wanted you as their sister.

I did rank ADP, it was another house I didn't rank that I won't name bc I know girls liked that house and it was a personal decision for me just that I didn't fit in in the other house not ADP

If you ranked them you would have probably gotten a bid from your top 2, in this case ADPi or G Phi. My only advice would be to get really involved on campus, make the best grades you possibly can, and prepare for SK but it is going to be competitive.

If you had maximized your options there is a good chance you would have seen ADPi on your bid card but you thought so highly of yourself that you'd rather not be in greek life than be a part of a wonderful house who saw good things in you. Nicely done lol.

OP story still doesn't make sense. If ADPi had to snap, they made it through their whole list without making quota. Not possible that she didn't get a bid to ADPi if she went to their pref and ranked them. Unless she did something terrible at Pref.

As a member of a top tier sorority you are so much better off. We were forced to take some out of state legs that are total losers. I am thinking about quitting. The pressure from one of their mothers was extreme. Her only positive is we have a edge in athletic events, but for me I will always wear a towel in the house.
