How many girls go through each house for pref? I know around 150 girls usually end up joining but do they go from 300 to 150 or 500 to 150?

It depends on RFM, so not the same number for each house.

Yes, sometimes OR has less back - they may have the same number of parties, but you will notice not as many PNM's there.

About 2500 pnms left. 16 houses. Average 2.5 pref parties per pnm

That's going to get you in the ball park Some houses may be plus or minus a bit.

No. "plus or minus" a lot. Several houses have a very very high return rate so they are a big minus. Several houses have a very very low return rate and they are a big plus. The difference is substantial.
