I don't know why everyone is singing Alpha Phi's praises when girls hate their house so much After they get a bid and so many drop, they've been doing FALL COB for a few years which is pathetic and will likely again in years to come
There's more to life than pledging the "hot" house

everyone i’ve talked to there has been extremely nice throughout the whole recruitment process, you can tell it’s GENUINE, those of us who like them aren’t worried about what tier they are, they’ve been welcoming and made us feel at home, the house is beautiful, etc. would you like me to go on?

Alpha Phi is making some other houses nervous this recruitment.

It is a great house and competes with "top" groups.
