the first round of recruitment i talked to the VP at a house does that mean anything or was it just luck of the draw?

If you don't know anybody in the house and you're a rando it was luck

Can be on purpose, but can also be random because they often float around the room with the goal to talk to a few certain individuals and then its usually kind of random so theres no telling honestly
