I know this has been asked before, but can someone please in detail explain the process of COB? My roomate is considering filling out a form. Like when it happens, what all sororities participate in it?

It's the informal process in which new members are extended a bid, usually in spring. Each chapter does it differently and not all will be participating. Ask Panhellenic later in the semester if you're wondering about it.
