what is pref like?

I have heard a few girls say pref is really emotional but I haven't heard why. What do you talk about ? Like is it emotional for pnms or for actives?

generally actives share why they picked their house or a time when the sisterhood was really meaningful so the actives might cry or their story might be touching so the pnms cry. sympathy criers beware haha
