I feel like I'm being punked. I'm OOS, have no connections and still ended up with one house short of a full schedule. I expected heavy cuts by now, based on what people say about being OOS.
100% grateful that houses have kept me around, and I've met some great people and made new friends, which is awesome when you don't know anyone.
My roommate is down to two, but one is her legacy house, which is where she really wants to be, so she's cool with it.

be so happy bc i'm from alabama, had lots of recs, great grades, great convos, and i'm down to 1 house which has been my least favorite house all week

Im in the same boat! Full schedule both rounds and from OOS with max one rec per house. I think sometimes being from OOS and not knowing anyone may help because they don't know your history, good or bad. I wish everyone the absolute best and hope they find their perfect home!

Same, I have no connections whatsoever and am from the north. I don't have a perfect schedule but I feel very happy to have gone from 10-7. I have a decent gpa, recs for most houses, but that's about it

@Really and PNM - I have no idea. I was prepared to be dropped by most houses by now. Grateful I wasn't, but I was prepared for it. I hope you both love the houses you have left and find a home!
@pnm and P - There are more OOS girls than Alabama girls in Recruitment, so maybe houses are realizing that we're pretty cool too? I honestly have no idea, but I'll take it. I do have two Recs for every house that I have left, and my grades and test scores (No idea if they actually look at test scores) are excellent.
I like to think it's my awesome humor and personality. Haha.

What devil did you sell your soul to? I'm from alabama, had multiple recs everywhere, and come from a good area. I'm down to 3 houses.
