what do these certain things mean?
by: PnmWhile leaving a couple of houses today some of the girls who were in front of me kept having their name called like "bye ____" as they walked out even when they weren't in the house anymore we could still hear some of the actives still saying bye to them. What does this mean? Also what does it mean if you're the last to leave a house or the first?

Actives are supposed to keep saying goodbye to you until the doors are closed.
You will always hear rumors about whether leaving a house last means they like you a lot or not, but I know for my house (and I think most houses) it really doesn't matter, we are just trying to get everyone out in a logical manner. Same goes for where you are placed within the house.

I know most houses literally require their girls to continuously call the PNM's name. But some actives may not be as hyped up for rush as others which is why you may notice some actives aren't too over the top with everything while others are. It really doesn't mean anything if the active you spoke to calls you name a little less than others.

it doesn't really matter whether or not you leave the house first or last. if you leave last it could just mean you were having a good conversation and it would be too awkward to just cut it short and usher you out. and it's really the active's preference whether she wants to yell bye as you're walking out. it doesn't mean anything

At my house order and room placement DO NOT matter. We do not care... we're literally just trying to get everyone in and out on a timely manner. Maybe it does matter at some houses but stop freaking the PNMs out and don't act like it's that way everywhere.

Room placement does matter, if they like you they'll place you further in the room/ closer to speakers. It also allows them to maximize talking time if you're going to be one of the last to leave. Some houses put top girls in separate rooms that are more quiet, etc.
Yelling the names doesn't really mean much, I would yell the name so i'd remember when i go to score her after the round.
