SigEp: Above average reputation. I'd say solid middle of NR, they're definitely a stronger house than all the ones on Jefferson and maybe a few NR on Univ Blvd. They've also just moved onto Univ Blvd so that's going to help them a lot. Overall, they're known for being academically focused but they also like to party so they're very similar to ATO in that sense. Not a bad house whatsoever and I know they're popular among girls in all sororities.

Chi Phi: Somewhat below average reputation. They're definitely a lower ranked house on Jefferson. They have decent grades but from my experience, they have some weird guys. They party a lot and they're popular among girls in lower ranked houses. Not an awful house but not the best.

As a sorority girl, I'd say if you're seriously looking at both of these houses, SigEp is the way to go. Maybe that's just my bias, but I know a lot of girls prefer SigEp over Chi Phi and SigEp also pushed their guys to be on top of their grades.
