would it be bad to wear an apple watch if it matches my outfit & as long as i'm not looking at it??

Not wearing a watch is common courtesy/etiquette in job interviews and similar situations. Your natural instinct is to look at the watch so it provides a distraction and you don't want that. Even wearing it is rude in those settings because it implies you have somewhere better to be/want to get out of there as soon as you can.

Yes, it would be bad. As said above, do not wear any watch during recruitment. An apple watch is a watch. "wear it if its you" is a troll comment.

I've seen girls in awful outfits too. Doesn't mean it was the way to go.

It's also not a good idea to wear perfume. Too many clashing scents in close quarters is horrible. You don't need perfume for recruitment.
