no. i don't care how pretty some girls are or how "popular" they are among the boys... zeta and aphi are not anywhere close to the upper top old row houses. why? because grades, involvement, reputation, and sisterhood ALL matter when you rank!!!

the girls AGD, DG, KD, AXO, and APhi/zeta recruit are all totally different girls. obviously stereotypes aren't 100% or even 80% accurate but this is like comparing apples and chips - delicious and satisfying, but not marketed in the same way. they don't compete with one another so stop comparing them

Going to agree that these are the top 3 in new row but also feel like this was a DG troll to make these 3 look bad since it's not PC to tell the blatant truth they do the best on NR. Yeah I guess you're right, people don't go around campus saying your house has this high of a GPA which makes you better than that house that has this low of a GPA... Same with sisterhood and involvement. But people 100% do talk about reputation.

I'm not trying to be mean, but the honest truth is that a lot of people have very low perceptions of Zeta and APhi. I'm not going to go into details but these two houses have very bad reputations on this campus... And in terms of reputation, AGD and KD have the upper hand over Zeta and APhi.

Also, I don't think this was a DG self ranker... It's way too obvious. All the DGs I know understand that they're not really comparable to "higher ranked" houses. I feel like the OP was a Zeta, PBP, or APhi and just threw in DG to hide their trail.

I can think of at least 3 new row houses that are easily stronger and more wanted by (good) PNMs than APhi.

I will agree on pi phi and zeta but no chance on alpha phi. And I wouldn't say they're "above" KD or alpha gam, it's just not relevant. They don't rush the same girls at all
