You'll see a lot of current trends - so asymmetrical skirts, sheer tops, knee high boots, platform shoes, chokers, bodysuits, criss cross necklines, etc.
Off the top of my head, a good place to see/shop for more of these current looks is Lulus. Other than that, going through active's instas is also a good way to see what's current.

Honestly depends on the day of the week:
Sunday and Monday nobody really goes out. Tuesday's are tee shirt tuesdays, then it progressively gets more dressy through the week. Wednesday's I'll typically wear a cuter but more casual top with shorts or jeans and wedges, then Thursday- Saturday you'll see girls in bodysuits, jeans, dressy shorts, rompers, skirts, two piece sets, with heels or wedges. Just look on girls Instagrams.

So if youre from somewhwre else you might be a little confused. Personally I came from Southern California, and whenever I would go to U of Arizona, ASU, USC, any of those schools for parties, ripped shorts, converse, and a tank from brandy melville was the way to go. But not so here. you'll see girls going out in rompers and wedges, or cute skirts and dressy tops.

It's reasonably dressy. Like it's not casual in terms of leggings and a crop top from forever 21. Lots of girls wear skirts and "nicer" going out tops. In terms of "dressy" though, it's not like a lot of girls are buy really expensive clothes... It's just that they're very put together.
