How I see it the ranks are either 1 or 2
1. More academics, involvement
OR:
A- AXO XO PM DDD
B-KKG KD AGD
NR:
A- ADPI PBP
B- APhi ZTA
C- DG, GPhi, Theta
D- DZ, AOPi
2. More looks and social
OR
A- KKG PM DDD
B- AXO XO AGD KD
NR
A- ZTA, APhi
B- PBP, ADPi
C- DG, Gphi, AOPi
D- theta, dz
1 and 2 both include all elements but differ in which weighs more heavily. Its hard to really rank with all the different variables so this was just another take I had on it by narrowing the criteria slightly.

Academics - they are above GPHI ZTA and APHI and yes they do have involvement in campus
Socially - they are known to be a pretty social house more than DG, AOPI, Theta, and def your own house

Personally, I don't see DZ being anymore social than DG, AOPI, GPB, or KAT. I lived with a DZ last year and I knew all her friends and their girls really aren't that big of "party girls" or at least not in the same sense that ZTA and APHI are. I also know multiple frats cancelled their swaps last minute if that means anything to you.

Oh so you know 4 DZs and they didn't like to party like ZTA and APHI? You might want to take a class in marketing research because 4 out of 400 doesn't a survey make! Love it when posters act like they can speak for an entire house! Don't know anything about the number of swaps they had but from the girls I follow on Insta looks like they had a full schedule last fall. Go check it out. Frankly didn't know the number of swaps even measured how "social" a sorority was LOL If it does then they probably are more social than some of the ones you mentioned above

This was just my opinion and stop trying to self rank by calling yourselves "social." I actually know a lot of DZs, not just four... And all of them do enjoy their fair share of parties but it's not a major thing to them, unlike some other houses known for partying. I understand that every house has their girls who blackout on a Monday night and girls who stay in a Friday night... However, a lot of DZs are much much much more "relaxed" about the partying aspect than girls in APhi and ZTA.
Regardless, idk why you're so uptight about this lmao. Chillll hunny.

DZ didn't have any swaps cancelled because the fraternities cancelled on them. They were cancelled because the paperwork wasn't done adequately as meaning the fraternities didn't properly register the swaps and the cops came and ended them. EX: the dz and akl swap that lasted a few minutes

You are off on all the NR grades. You clearly just want to stick your OR house on here and don't know a thing about NR.
NR doesn't refer to OR as OR. So you are showing your hand by that and not knowing. By placing PM in both first slots, I am calling you a PM. Also for the fact you are rating people on looks.

Every time I hear the "there are beauties in every house" line I throw up.
Because there are every "type" - smart, party, do gooders, Christian, boring, fun etc - in every house. So with that argument it all doesn't matter everyone is even because every house has some of everything.
HOWEVER Some houses are more (fill in the blank) than others. And that blank includes looks.
Are you go to put aside your houses positive attribute (if it has one) on the notion that all houses have girls with that attribute? Doubt it. You are going to bash them for their weakness

Who judges by beauty in 2017? Oh that would be Phi Mu... where the makeup is piled on.
Miss Alabama is an alpha Gam. Alpha chi and chi o are full of beautiful girls. You readily moved ddd down but they have gorgeous girls. All of these are more natural beauties.
Every sorority is good looking at this school. But only a few use that as a criteria to rank.

Y'all just want to say this makeup talk is stupid and does not fool anyone. We all follow actives from all kinds of sororities on Instagram and other social media. We can see with our own eyes. I don't see any strippers and I see makeup done about the same for all houses. I see some houses with a country girl thing sometimes and others with urban feel but other than that idk.

I said not only grades both ranks still include all things, just each weighs certain things more. These are still similar to general concensus ranks, I wasn't ranking purely based off grades people can look at the grade report if they wanna see that.
