what brands of makeup do y'all wear?

TBH there aren't any makeup "trends" that are exclusive to just Tuscaloosa. What you see in magazines, tv shows, instagram, youtube, etc is what you'll see girls wearing in Tuscaloosa. The only significant difference I personally see is that OOS (Northern & Western) girls tend to go for more dramatic and "cake up" looks. While Southerners tend to go for more "enhance my natural beauty" looks. OBVIOUSLY this is not definitive though... There are some Southern girls who cake up their face every day and there are some Northern girls who only put on mascara.

tbh I've found the opposite to be true, but maybe that's just the girls I know personally. Off the top of my heads, the girls wearing a full face of makeup to class and big, curled hair are all from the south, whereas the girls from the north/new row I've often seen without any makeup at all. Again, this is more day-to-day, so maybe it's different during rush when "putting your best foot forward" is put into consideration, but I just have never seen anyone with caked-on makeup, just because it'll sweat off and look bad.
