when did they drop skit day for sisterhood day?

They dropped skit day because skits waste time and don't teach you anything about the chapter. Pretty sure NPC is making a push for skit round to be dropped nationally.
Ideally sisterhood is like pref-lite. At IWTs you talk about yourself/small talk, at philanthropy you talk about philanthropy, at sisterhood you talk about... sisterhood. What it would be like to be in that chapter, minus the emotional and ritualistic parts of pref.

I remember I spent ages reading recruitment stories on GreekChat the summer before freshman year and they always had philanthropy crafts. Show up to recruitment. There are no philanthropy crafts.

They typically show videos about their philanthropy and a few houses had a sister tell her personal story relating to their philanthropy
