panhellenic

I saw on another post that there are more girls from certain houses than others on the Panhellenic council and that that's why certain pictures were put into the Greek Chic... And I was just wondering is there any sort of bias that goes on when actives/PNMs report dirty rushing or something? Because I know it's this same group of women who deal with the judiciary stuff... Anyone have any idea about this?

Aren't all houses in the council? HOW does that work? Do houses vote?

Every house has a Panhellenic delegate and two junior delegates that represent their house and vote. There are only ten members of the actual Panhellenic executive council who are disaffiliated from their houses during their term (much like rho chis) and are supposed to act in the interest of the entire Panhellenic community regardless of their organization.

I feel like there should be older women on the judicial board handing out consequences because even if a girl is disaffiliated she can still have a bias towards her house.
