Like you said, their girls aren't the same "type." AXO goes for the bookworm, Kappa goes for the rich party girl. However, all old row houses rush. For AXO and KKG, they cross rush mainly just the top top PNMs but beyond that there isn't much cross rushing they do.

Honestly I could see KKG cross-rushing with AXO more with the grades push they're making. Obviously they are very different houses right now buf I could see KKG trying to fight for some of those more "well rounded" southern girls.

Alpha chis aren't bookworms... they are just smart. Decimals separate the top houses and they aren't bookworms either. Just smart.

Kappa has a lot of great girls and I think the above is correct that only the top top ones are cross rushed. Kappa has a hard list of who they want and the rest are what people are calling fillers. kappas generally like to party but are making better grades and have always been a strong house.

Two of my roommates last year preffed both kappa and axo and the other had xo and kappa. I don't see them as similar at all, though. i feel like a lot of girls have kappa left on pref
