greek week in greek chic

by: Hmm

Why is KD featured on the Greek Week page of Greek Chic? Shouldn't it have been DZ since they won?

(Not trying to start anything just a confused PNM)

I guess they decided to feature the house that put the LEAST amount of effort into Greek Week.

KD barely participated in Greek Week and didn't participate in Derby Days. I would be mad if i was a DG or really anyone who put in effort.

I noticed they featured a few houses more than others, namely XO and aopi. Obviously you use the best pictures you have but both of those are featured probably five times and others not at all

DG won, not DZ.

I'm gonna take a ~wild~ guess and say it's because the president of Panhellenic is in KD while no one from DG is on exec council lol

If that's true then KD should be reprimanded for that. Talk about a conflict of interest!

I think all sororities should be represented EQUALLY throughout the book. It's not fair that KDs and XOs are plastered everywhere while there wasn't one girl from my house on any of the general pages. I know it may not seem like a big deal, but it may give PNMs the wrong idea that certain houses aren't as involved or whatever. Idk, it's just annoying.

I would wager the graphic designer selected the best looking pictures -- out of the ones provided (high res, good color, good expressions, in focus, correct proportions for the space, etc). Then, exec panhellenic proofed it and we're allowed to make edits/changes like most publishing projects. Two things make the most difference: 1. Quality of photos submitted. 2. Who is on the approval team.

I'm guessing the OP isn't really a PNM, but that's okay

As a PNM, I agree. I have no idea who won Derby Days or Homecoming or Greek Week, and would never have caught that one sorority was on a page where maybe another should be.

I suspect a lot of PNMs aren't really PNMs around here, though. Especially when the wording of their posts are so obviously about insulting a specific sorority.

If OP isn't a PNM then why did they say DZ won when all of Panhellenic knows DG won Greek week and Derby Days??

Who cares?

^^^By that, I mean there could be a million reasons. To try to make it believable? My point is that most of the "PNM" posts here, that are essentially made to tear houses down, are probably fake.

Why would a PNM bother? No one knows who they are, so it doesn't score them points with other houses if they insult a house. Seems unlikely they are going to IWTs and gonna tell everyone about the terrific burn they made against a rival house on Greek Rank.

Am I looking at the right picture? The one of the KD's sitting down in dresses? I don't think it's a big deal as PNM's won't even know who they are for the most part, there isn't anything identifying them as KD's. Personally I think one of the girls in the picture is the most mean-spirited unkind girls I've ever met, but it matters none that she's featured. PMN's can't tell who's who, it's just a cute picture.

I think they're talking about the picture of the girls in KD jerseys on the Greek week page

If girls aren't wearing their letters in a pic then 99.7% of the PNMs will have no clue what house they're in.
