house sizes

Does anyone know which houses are the biggest in terms of actual physical size? Obviously I know that the houses who have yet to build/are in swing houses are the smallest, but what about all the other houses?

Pretty sure Phi Mu's is currently the largest but AOII's new house being built is supposed to be ever so slightly larger. Not sure how large DZ's new house will be in comparison.

I thought DDD and AXO had some of the biggest houses. And AGD is one of the smallest newer ones?

Yeah AGDs is definitely the smallest of the newer houses

Any of the new ones are all around 40,000 sq ft. Gamma Phi and Phi Mu's houses are the two biggest right now I believe, but the difference between any of the newer houses is probably only a few thousand sq ft

The new houses have space for somewhere between 60-70. It's really not as many as a lot of PNMs think.

I believe it's tri delt and gamma phi, and maybe alpha chi, I think those are all a little under 45,000. The size restriction was only imposed after those houses got their plans and were over 40,000 and the university realized all the other houses would try to one up them. I think alpha gam is the smallest. The others are all around 35,000
