new houses
by: ?i know alpha phi and dg are both relatively new to campus, considering they left and came back, so why did they get to build new houses before all the others?

Alpha phi's house wasn't completed until after alpha gam, tri delt, adpi, and was completed at the same time as alpha chi, so they weren't really first. The sorority rebuilding plan was already in action when DG came to campus. In DG's case there just wasn't a house for them to live in so they had to build one, it's pretty much as simple as that
