Have the old row sororities already made out their bid list for the majority?

I'm OR and we have a short list of girls we are very interested in having on our lawn on bid day, but there's no way to tell exactly how the cards will fall so we definitely do not have a bid list.

How long is short? My sorority I know at least wanted to have 700 "tops" or girls that we're interested in/know coming through rush, I'm not sure if there's a list of girls who we know we want to bid
