Taking into account grades/looks/personality/sisterhood/attractiveness without connections/legacy/historic reputation:
Top: AXO, XO
Upper Middle: PM, ADPi, PBP, DDD, KKG
Lower Middle: KD, DG, AGD, ZTA
Bottom: APhi, GPB, KAT, AOPi, DZ
It's hard to make a ranking without taking into account old row because so many strong southern PNMs favor old row when they go through recruitment. It's basically a self-fulfilling prophecy. Strong PNMs want to go "top tier" so the "top tier" houses pull the strong PNMs.

I'm not ADPi although I am new row and I will admit I have a slight bias for my fellow NR houses. I just think that out of all the new row sororities ADPi and Pi Phi have really upped their game and get the quality PNMs without connections that old row houses skip over.

Based on personality, fun, low dork percentage, sisterhood, low idiot snob percentage and involvement:
Top: DDD, DG, XO
Lower Top: PM, KKG, AXO
Upper Middle: AGD, ZTA, KD, PBP
Middle: ADPi, DZ, KD, KAT
If low dork percentage was not a factor, you could move ADPi and KAT to Upper Middle.
If low idiot snob percentage was not a factor, then KD could move to Upper Middle

Also, the dork percentage, which is a little used measure on greek rank but counts a TON in real life also affects this rating of DDD and AXO. DDD has a much lower dork percentage than AXO. If there were not a dork penalty, AXo could move to top.

So what??? ADPi and KAT's good sisterhoods and crazy involvement mean nothing?... Same with AXO, PBP, and AGD?
Yo like I'm actually sick of people putting down other houses. There are certain houses here that work so hard for what they earn...

The thing that y'all PNMs need to understand that the traditional ranks you see on this sight are skewed to favor Old Row over New Row. The ONLY difference between OR and NR is a label... There's nothing substantial that OR has over NR... They have more instate girls? Okay? The majority of girls in OR houses have been friends for years previous to college and because of that many girls in OR houses don't have substantial resumes. Also, OR tends to not be as involved. For years, OR houses have relied on their "status" to keep their rank and keep puling in "top" PNMs, but in recent years with the influx of OOS girls, OR houses can't keep doing this, or if they choose to then you see them struggle significantly (i.e. KD, DDD, KKG, AGD).
Also, ranks on this site are never consistent. People are willing to acknowledge that certain houses, like AXO and XO, deserve to be top because of their grades, involvement, and sisterhood... Yet these same people refuse to acknowledge the same in houses like PBP, ADPi, KAT, and DG. You'll see certain houses ranked over other because of looks and popularity when the houses below them have significantly better grades, more involved girls, and/or a better overall sisterhood.
So THIS is why so many people say ranks don't matter. They're falsified to keep whatever houses they prefer on top and they change dramatically between people.

You are leaving out the all important Dork Factor. When the dork factor is included, houses like KAT, ADPI and DG get hit. This is why the real world ranks don't square up with the paper ranks on greek rank.

I cam see maybe KD struggling or AGD, as they are SO AL focused. Lots of girls in my tho chi thought KD seemed cold, and AGD thoughts seemed to be mixed. (Personally, I liked them). But, it seemed during rush lots of girls still wanted DDD and KKG. They both get lots of Texas top PNMs along with in state girls, and while they aren't as involved as XO or AXO or even PM, I would hardly call them slipping.

OR houses seem judgy and cliquey. It sounds like sororities full of girls trying to have high school part 2 and keep all the outsiders from joining in on their "fun". NR houses seem much more fun and accepting with just as strong (if not stronger) alumnae networks throughout the entire country. The only allure of OR sororities is that you get to say you're in an Old Row sorority which is starting to mean less and less.
