urban or not urban is the question
by: pc14
I like the "prediction" stuff because it tries to pick up on trends and the changing demographics of the pnms. Bama is definitely trending to be more non-Southern OOS urban/suburban and less Southern small town. With those trends, I see there being upward movement for:
PBP, KKG, ZTA, APhi, DG, GPhi
I see these staying the same:
AXO, XO, ADPi, DDD, PM
I see these trending down:
AGD, KD, DZ, AOII

Pretty good effort. Just wait on the PM, AXO and XO defenders to show up. They will come after this post hard because they cannot take anything other than high praise.
But its all good because it is just an opinion and not trying to declare something as a consensus viewpoint.

Thanks to OP for sending out something forward thinking! So much more refreshing than the old posts!
It's funny...I'm from a Suburban setting near a large northeast city. Several girls locally are at Bama already and they seem to be in houses you predict will be "trending up".
I'd love to feel welcome at Old Row but oddly I've be warned the classes are largely picked before recruitment ever begins. Others protest this isn't the case. So disappointing but I'm good with New Row!!!
Anxious for the experience!
Thanks!!

Thanks. Totally guessing but trying to make it an "educated guess"... Hopefully nobody is offended or anything. Just a rising senior's opinion looking back at the trends over the past few years and they pnms they have ended up with during my time.
