ADX- no, it's not allowed by their nationals and they're not a Panhellenic sorority that recruits
SDT- depends. I think they have a good shot of getting a swing house when construction is done if they can afford it. Then maybe they could get their numbers up and do recruitment but that would not be in the near future

Oh wow did not realize that about ADX. Well maybe they will get a swing house too when everything is done. I'm not sure out of the two which has more members but I think SK would probably be first and then either of them next when SK's house is built.

I do not mean this to be mean, I'm just asking because I don't know. How and why do girls join ADX? Are they girls that were dropped by all the regular sororities? Or are they so super religious that they knew they didn't want to be in a regular sorority and knew from the begginning they wanted ADX?
Do they have any kind of house or where do they meet? Do they do swaps? Do they ever party?

Most girls in ADX are not girls who went through formal recruitment. These are girls are have a strong foundation in their faith and want an "alternative sorority experience." Most ADX girls are your typical average girl but just want a to be a part of an organization that puts their faith first.
I don't know if ADX has a house, from my knowledge they don't... Or at least on campus. And they do have swaps but their swaps are alcohol free. They tend to swap strictly with the off campus frats and the Christian fraternity which I think is BYX.

There are actually two Christian frats, BYX (national) and Lambda Sigma Phi (local).

I really doubt ADX would ever get a house on the row. Not hating, I just don't think there's enough interest in them from your typical PNM plus they're not an NPC sorority, so they wouldn't participate in formal rush.
However, I do think SDT has a good chance at getting a house on the row only IF they choose to begin to expand their chapter. They're an NPC house and I know a lot of people don't think it's fair that they don't have to do formal rush. I think that if SDT begins to get their numbers up over the next few years, once all the construction is done, they'll probably have a good shot at getting one of the swing houses if they choose to do formal rush.
Also, SK will probably be getting one of the swing houses. I know some people said they're going to be getting a brand new mansion, but I doubt that... No smart national network would ever throw in 10 million dollars for a RE-colonization that has a high potential of failing.

SK already has plans for a house, they specifically mentioned it at their presentation. They have a better chance of succeeding with a new house. And SDT has been improving their numbers, in 2011 they had 13 actives and now they have over 60. Give them a couple more years to build up their numbers and they might make the decision to do rush on their own. Last time they were forced to do rush they got less pledges than usual so I would much rather they keep doing what they're doing and join the rest of us when it's natural.

Just because a representative said that doesn't mean it's going to happen... There's a lot more that goes into colonizing

I was there too and their national president literally said "we will be building a house of our own because we know what it takes to colonize at a school like Alabama" I mean maybe if it was a random alum I would be skeptical but I think the national president and the president of their housing corps probably know what goes into a colonization. They're not playing around, SK is a big national sorority

SK absolutely will not allow this colonization to fail and they are smart enough to realize that this is a big enough uphill battle WITH a megamansion, let alone without one. They're going all in, rightfully so.

Several ADX chapters have houses. Most of them are small, but their Alpha chapter at UCLA has a full-size sorority house that used to belong to a closed chapter of another sorority. Honestly, I could see them getting a swing house before SDT just because they have more members, although Sigma Kappa is going to have first dibs when they recolonize.
