old row rules all just like it always has. and no ATO, Sigma Chi, Theta, and Pi Phi
are not Old Row, but are exceptional houses.

Old row doesn't make you top tier, and Phi Delt and Sigma Nu are damned good proof of that. You only included them by virtue of being old row, and all the other old row except DKE are hurting and being routinely and systematically outdone by affiliated new row houses. ATO doesn't deserve mention.

what I thought. Most of old row even knows not to throw down for Phi Delt these days. Some will still stick their neck out for Sigma Nu, but Phi Delt is a lost cause and has been for a while.

Pi Phi has long been the best New Row sorority. They, ZTA, and AOPi are easily better than Alpha Gam.
